DAVID FRANCIS DIAMOND

Mr. Diamond has a background in accountancy and financial management, having spent 30 years in professional practices in Australia and Europe.

His emphasis is on management of businesses undergoing growth and structural change. In these roles he has represented banking institutions and investors in achieving the optimal outcomes for these companies involved. These activities have been initially involved in the private arena, but over the last 10 years his emphasis has been in public companies, including companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. He has acted in these roles as advisor, director and chairman depending on the various requirements. His emphasis is in financial and board management, and specifically in determination of strategic direction and implementation of change.

Mr. Diamond was Chairman of Select Design Technologies Limited between 2000 until 24 June 2005, and he has recently taken up the position again and wishes now to take the Company through to it's next phase in the immediate future.

STEPHEN HARGREAVES
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), DOB 8.04.59

Steve's experience includes the successful establishment and capital raising for public companies, and the management of public companies for commercialising inventions.

Steve was the founder of Select Design Technologies Limited back in June 1999. He was the CEO up until 2003, and has taken up the position again in February 2006. Steve is responsible for the day to day business activities of Select Design.

Rodney Gaskell
Non Executive Director - Personal Assistant to the Chairman / CEO, DOB: 04.11.45
Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma of Education

Mr. Rodney Gaskell is a founding investor who was appointed in May 2004. He is a qualified teacher who as well as teaching in both government and private schools has lectured in Accounting (UK) and tutored in Accounting (Monash). As an International Teaching Fellow he also taught in London in 1981. Rod has extensive administrative and managerial experience with Taylors College Melbourne. He also practised for over 10 years as a professionally qualified Careers Counsellor in private schools.

Previously, Rod has also been a co-owner and Director of Ricketts Point Fine Foods, a successful ice cream and speciality products company in Melbourne. Rod currently operates his own careers and counselling business.
